The forces for change for the change initiative of entering into a merger by my organization are the current pandemic situation, the need to drive organizational members to perform better, the enhancement in the level of motivation to all the organizational members in the pandemic situation, the need to remain competitive with competitive pricing, etc. These could be increased by entering into a merger with a successful brand. The owner of the organization to be entered with a merger into must have a futuristic vision to make the merger produce productive results for both the organizations.
